Kinetic Fresno fitness studio opens in Fig Garden Village
The studio is offering a free week of classes to Fig Garden neighborhood residents through its opening month.

Boutique fitness studio Kinetic Fresno opens next Monday in Fig Garden Village at 785 W Shaw Ave, taking over the former Sur La Table space on the west side of the shopping center.
The 5,000-square-foot studio offers strength, HIIT, yoga, and mobility classes on a class-pass model, with unlimited monthly memberships starting at $149. Founder Alicia Nguyen, a former Fresno State track athlete, said the studio is designed around small class sizes — no more than 16 people per session.
"Fresno has a lot of big-box gyms and a lot of yoga studios, but nothing in between that felt right," Nguyen said.
Kinetic is offering a free week of classes to Fig Garden and Old Fig Garden residents throughout its opening month. Full schedule and sign-ups are available at kineticfresno.com.
