Common Grounds Coffee Roasters, the small-batch roaster founded in 2019 in Old Town Clovis, opens its second Fresno-area cafe this Saturday at 811 E Olive Ave in the Tower District, in the restored 1927 building immediately next door to the Tower Theatre marquee.
The 1,600-square-foot cafe seats about 30 inside and another 20 on a shaded patio facing Olive Avenue. The menu includes single-origin pour-overs, espresso drinks, and cold brew on nitro tap, along with pastries baked daily at the Clovis flagship.
"The Tower is where we always wanted to be," co-founder Nadia Karim said. "It just took us five years to find the right space."
Hours will be 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, with extended hours to 9 p.m. on Arts Walk Saturdays. A soft-open week runs Monday through Friday for neighborhood residents.
